Howard Hubbard Memorial Hospital (The Philippines)

For 40 years now, the Howard Hubbard Memorial Hospital (HHMH) in Polomolok, South Cotabato has been providing optimum healthcare to the community.

DoleBuilt by Dolefil in 1967, HHMH is a company-hospital, owned, and initially managed directly by Dolefil primarily to address the healthcare of all its employees and their dependents. HHMH is also open to private patients in the community, being the only private tertiary hospital in the entire province of South Cotabato.

To better provide medical services to the community, the management of the hospital has been turned over to medical institutions who have made their mark in the field of healthcare namely; Philamcare from 1993 to 1997, Ayala Health Care from 1997 to2000, and currently the Mt. Matutum Health Care Foundation, Inc (MMHCFI).

DoleOn a daily basis, this 95-bed capacity hospital attends to the medical needs of around 250 to 300 patients in its Out-Patient Department and has 15 to 20 admissions in its In-Patient Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Room. To provide comprehensive medical service, HHMH also has its own laboratory, radiology department, dietary unit, and pharmacy.

With HHMH, and in partnership with the MMHCFI, Dolefil has been able to conduct various medical outreach missions in collaboration with the government health units and non-governmental organizations, benefiting countless patients throughout the provinces of South Cotabato, Sarangani and the city of General Santos.

DoleIn May 27, 2007, HHMH will be the base hospital for yet another worthy project when 30 doctors (including plastic surgeons) and support staff from the Medical Mission of Jacksonville, Florida, USA, will come to Polomolok for one week to perform surgery and donate medicines and medical supplies to benefit hundreds of underprivileged members of the community needing medical care.
